(1) Some adjustments to transmission: The pulleys of the automatic wire rub machine are divided into fast or slow. When you need to adjust, you only need to change the handwheel through the bevel gear pair to make the screw loose or tight. When you want to adjust the sliding position or the length of the connecting rod, loosen the two fastening nuts of the adjustment screw sleeve to adjust the length of the connecting rod.

(2) Adjustment of feeding arrangement of automatic wire rub machine: When feeding, some of the materials are hoppers, so the hopper does not need to be adjusted under normal working conditions. When the blank is rotated by the roller wheel, the blanks are placed neatly and slid downwards by gravity. When it is necessary to change the specifications, just adjust them according to the required material.
