2. Adjusting precautions

(6) During production, the oil tank and oil cup should be inspected frequently and the engine oil should be added to avoid loss of oil and wear of the middle kernel.
3. Tips for tooth plate installation
(1) Keep the grooves placed in the tooth plate clean and do not have scratches or iron filings.
(2) If gaskets are used, the surface of the gaskets should be clean and there should be no scratches or iron filings.
(3) When installing the tooth plate, be careful not to be reversed up and down.
(4) When using re-grinded tooth plates, a gasket should be added to compensate for the thickness of wear.
(5) When the tooth plate device is finished and you want to test the tooth plate, the gap between the tooth plate should not be adjusted too small. It should be adjusted gradually to the optimal gap, otherwise it will be very easy to damage the tooth plate.
(6) During formal production, reduce the rolling pressure as much as possible to improve the life of the tooth plate.
