1.Thread rolling machineThe cooling liquid must be water-soluble emulsified coolant. Oil-based coolant is strictly prohibited, and ordinary lubricating oil cannot be used instead.

2. It is strictly prohibited to roll threads without coolant.

3. The ends of the steel bars to be processed should be flat and must be cut with a toothless saw. The ends should be round and straight within a length of 500mm. No bending is allowed, and the ends cut by gas cutting or cutting machines are not allowed to be processed directly.

4. During initial cutting, the feed should be even and do not advance rapidly to prevent the blade from breaking.

5. The slideways and sliders should be cleaned and oiled regularly.

6. Iron filings should be cleaned up in time.
