1.Tooth RollerThe cooling liquid must be made of water-soluble emulsified coolant. Oil-based coolant is strictly prohibited, and ordinary lubricating oil should not be replaced.

2. When there is no coolant, rolling and processing threads are strictly prohibited.

3. The ends of the steel bars to be processed should be flat and must be discharged with a toothless saw. It should be round and straight within the length of the end 500mm, and bending is not allowed, and the ends of the air cutting or cutting machine are not allowed to be processed directly.

4. The feed should be uniform during initial cutting and do not advance sharply to prevent the blade from cracking.

5. The slideways and sliders should be cleaned regularly and oiled.

6. Iron filings should be cleaned in time.
