It is a necessary choice for the fastener industry. 2 shaft machine debugging: 2 wheels need to be synchronized to adjust the corresponding center plates of the outer diameters between the two wheels. When processing the threads, the workpiece is placed on the center plate, and the center height of the workpiece is consistent with the center height of the rolling mold. 3-axis machine debugging: 3 roller dies adjust isosceles 3 angles, adjust the gap according to the size of the tube, adjust the teeth distance, and install one end of the bytes outside when installing the roller die. Install it clockwise. Take a circular tube and insert it between the 3 wheels, turn half a circle, take out the circular tube to check whether the pressing lines of the 3 wheels are connected to the head and tail. If there is a gap, which wheel adjusts which wheel is adjusted. 3 wheels debug, 2 wheels and the other wheel is not debugged. The teeth adjustment needs to be squeezed multiple times according to the diameter of the pipe to adjust it to the ideal depth. Remember to try it once. Pressure, this will damage the parts. 3 Operating procedures of wire rolling machine. 1. Carefully implement the general operating procedures of forging equipment greater than the relevant regulations. 2. When replacing the roller, install the movable bracket correctly and confirm that it is good before it can work. 3. When measuring the workpiece on the equipment, it is not allowed to use measuring tools or other knocking equipment.
