1. Prepare tool molds and product debugging. Before debugging, clean the machine's miscellaneous nails and debris to prevent mixing.
2. After passing the self-inspection, hand it over to the inspector for the first piece of confirmation. If the first piece fails, re-confirm the mold and adjust the equipment;
3. The operator cleans the machine control products and surrounding debris in a timely manner, and the inspector confirms that the machine "5S" can only start the production; the inspector and the operator inspect according to the process inspection specifications.
4. The inspector determines whether it is qualified? If the pass is transferred to the process, the failure is isolated according to the unqualified control procedure greater than the unqualified control procedure, and the inspector shall organize the unqualified review.

4. Adjustment of the tooth rubbing machine

1. Adjustment of tooth base
(1) Place the short tooth plate ③ in the tooth plate seat groove and cover the tooth plate press ④ to lock the nut.
(2) Place the long tooth plate ② in the middle-in tooth plate seat groove and install the tooth plate pressing block locking nut.
(3) Check whether the two tooth plates are parallel to the height.
(4) Turn the flywheel with your hands ⑤ to check whether the feeding time is correct.
(5) Place the screw material in front of the push piece, press the jog switch to rotate the screw material for a circle, and then jog the reverse switch to remove the screw material to see if the teeth marks are aligned.
(6) Loosen the nut ⑥⑩ Adjust the crank ⑦ double-headed screw teeth, correct the tooth marks of the screw material, and confirm locking the nut to avoid accidents.
(7) Check whether the screw material teeth and the diameter meet the standards. If not, loosen the nut ⑧ and adjust the adjustment screw ⑨⒇ to make minor adjustments so that the gap between the front and back of the tooth plate reaches the required level.
(8) Make sure the lock nut can be produced normally.
(9) If you replace screw materials with other specifications, you must loosen the nut⑧⒄ and adjust the screw⑨ so that the tooth base⒂ moves forward and backward and the track spacing meets the requirements, lock the nut and other screw nuts, and then adjust according to the above steps.
2. Adjusting precautions
(1) The rear crank head needs to be frequently applied to prevent oil loss and damage from the bearing.
(2) When the long and short tooth plates are not at the same height, please use thin iron sheets to raise them.
(3) When the gap between the middle kernel ⑾ and the middle kernel cover ⑿ is too large, loosen the screw ⒁ Adjustment pin ⒃ forward to make the gap smaller, and then lock the ⒀ adjustment screw to increase the stability of the middle kernel.
(4) When changing the tooth plate every time, please pay attention to the cleaning of the tooth plate holder to avoid affecting the quality of the tooth rubbing.
(5) When the screw material has a sticky tooth plate, please put a spring piece under the long nut. You can pull the screw material away when it leaves the tooth plate, or check whether it is caused by the tooth plate and the material itself.
(6) During production, the oil tank and oil cup should be inspected frequently and the engine oil should be added to avoid loss of oil and wear of the middle kernel.
3. Tips for tooth plate installation
(1) Keep the grooves placed in the tooth plate clean and do not have scratches or iron filings.
(2) If gaskets are used, the surface of the gaskets should be clean and there should be no scratches or iron filings.
(3) When installing the tooth plate, be careful not to be reversed up and down.
(4) When using re-grinded tooth plates, a gasket should be added to compensate for the thickness of wear.
(5) When the tooth plate device is finished and you want to test the tooth plate, the gap between the tooth plate should not be adjusted too small. It should be adjusted gradually to the optimal gap, otherwise it will be very easy to damage the tooth plate.
(6) During formal production, reduce the rolling pressure as much as possible to improve the life of the tooth plate.
5. First piece inspection and process control (inspection)
After the self-inspection of the commissioning is qualified, hand it over to the inspector for the first piece of confirmation, and clean the upper and lower parts of the machine, the surroundings, material trays, hoppers and containers, clean all the machine products, waste nails and other debris, and notify the inspector to confirm whether the machine can be started. The self-inspection, the first inspection and "5S" can only be started before the machine can be started after the self-inspection is met (Note: If there is an abnormality in the production process, the machine will be shut down first, then clean the machine and the feed basin, and confirm that the product in the feed basin is OK, pour it into a qualified material bucket before the machine can be adjusted to avoid mixing bad products).
