6. Before feeding, the unstandard material head should be cut off. A 1m-long steel pipe should be installed in front of the guide barrel. The steel bars must first pass through the steel pipe and then be fed into the guide hole at the straightening front end.

7. After operation, the straightening block of the straightening cylinder should be loosened and returned to its original position. At the same time, the pre-pressure spring must return to its position.

8. Those who use electric motors and hydraulics as power and winches as auxiliary machines shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.

9. The installation of the machinery must be solid and stable and maintain a horizontal position. Fixed machinery should have a reliable foundation, and the walking wheel should be tightly wedged when operating the mobile machinery.

10. A hangar should be installed for outdoor operations, and there should be a site for stacking raw materials and semi-finished products next to the machine.

11. When processing longer steel bars, there should be a dedicated person to help and follow the instructions of the operator. No pushing or pulling is allowed.

12. After operation, the finished product should be stacked. Clean the site, cut off the power supply, and lock the switch box
