1. Compare the sample or confirm the sample. Check the color and whether the model matches the machine;

2. There should be no cracks, notches, unevenness and obvious scratches on the surface of the buttons. Should we use a buckle machine or a nail buckle machine?

3. There are no cracks on the back of the face and bubbles; there are no rotten edges and uneven thickness; this is very important for the operation of the machine;

4. The pattern should not be significantly deformed, no white eyes, white circles, etc., and the nailing machine can be nailed;

5. The buttonholes should be smooth and unobstructed; the needle eyes should be pierced and ruptured, and should be symmetrical and without large eyes. If it is a dark eye button, the dark eye groove should be smooth and without obvious bursts. It is very important to adjust the machine;

6. After electroplating or other processes, the effects must be uniform. If some special effects cannot be consistent, they can be packaged separately.

7. The color difference of buttons in the same batch should not be lower than the GB2504 level standard, and compared with the incoming samples, it should not be lower than the GB2503 level standard.

8. Packaging inspection, after the appearance inspection\/customer requires all performance tests to be passed, then packaged. Certificate of conformity or other labels should be placed during packaging. The quantity of packaging should be consistent with the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should be consistent with the specified quantity. If it is found that the tolerance exceeds due to different thicknesses or other reasons, the inspection should be carried out in full.

9. Before shipment, the emergency button\/car buckle\/5-claw button should be tried to test the button performance and usability, and molding and trial samples should be provided to customers. These are very suitable for use with a fully automatic nailing machine;
