However, although the above-mentioned tooth rubbing machine can achieve the expected effect of rubbing the screw blasting material, it is also found in its actual operation that when the screw blasting material is defective and tilted, it is pushed into the tooth rubbing channel by the pushing device, if the tooth rubbing machine continues to perform tooth rubbing operation, the screw blasting material is very easy to be stuck in the tooth rubbing channel, causing the tooth rubbing machine to be unable to continue the tooth rubbing operation. If troubleshooting is required, it is often necessary to remove the tooth rubbing group before the stuck screw blasting material can be removed, resulting in great inconvenience in production and use. This has resulted in room for improvement in its overall structural design.

advantage: During the tooth rubbing machine, if the screw blast material has defects and is tilted, the stepper motor can stop the rotating circular plate at any position. The No. 2 bump fixes the pushing member, so that the pushing member will not continue to push the screw blast material to prevent defects. The crooked screw blast material enters the tooth rubbing group and gets stuck in the tooth rubbing group, causing the tooth rubbing machine to be unable to continue to rub the teeth. The rubber sleeve can reduce the wear between the bump and the No. 2 bump, increase the friction between the bump and the No. 2 bump, and prevent the bump and the No. 2 bump from slipping.
