Selection of special cold heading oil for multi-station cold heading machines

Selection of cold heading oil for multi-station cold heading machines:

1. By avoiding the high temperature of the workpiece and mold during the cold forming process, it has excellent heat dissipation effect.

2. It has high temperature resistance and good performance, and is not easy to produce sludge. It protects low odor, low smoke and working environment.

3. It has certain anti-rust performance and can meet the anti-rust requirements between various processes.

4. Excellent performance for relatively deformed workpieces (such as hollow, high-strength bolts, sleeves, hollow stainless steel and semi-hollow rivets).

5. Effectively protect punches and dies and extend their service life.

6. It has excellent extreme pressure lubrication characteristics, high temperature resistance, extreme pressure wear resistance, rust resistance and high temperature oxidation stability. It improves the accuracy and smoothness of the processed parts, prevents mold sintering, is compatible with multi-station forming of standard and non-standard parts, and is perfectly compatible with cold pressed stainless steel workpieces.

7. Can be used for cold heading stainless steel molding and large-deformed carbon steel molding with high requirements.

The steps for adjusting the cold heading machine are as follows:

1. Adjust the hardware field connection. Install a proximity switch on the device and connect all components according to the circuit diagram.

2. Reset the device. Press the 2 reset switches on the counter control panel to reset the preset number and process number.

3. One-click protection. After turning the key switch (SA1), the key operation on the counter operation panel is invalid.

4. Parameter settings. By setting the acceleration and deceleration time parameters according to the requirements of the user unit (2202), the start frequency of the inverter is increased from 1Hz to 50Hz to 3 seconds.

5. Processing test. Start the machine in manual mode to process parts. The device works properly and switches to automatic mode. Before starting the device, set the total number of parts processed by the counter to 30. When the number of parts to be processed reaches 30, the device will stop running. In manual and automatic modes, turning the potentiometer of the speed regulator changes the processing speed of the components, and the speed for each cycle is displayed on the digital display.

6. Emergency Stop. Press the Emergency Stop button on the control panel to stop the device. After the total power is removed, the counter data will not change. Then, when it is turned on again, the part will be processed and will stop working until the preset quantity is reached.
