3. Selection of raw materials by multi-station cold heading machine
(1) The cold heading machine is mainly manufactured based on the metal plastic deformation theory, and when selecting metal materials, it is also very high-quality for its materials and has very strict standards, especially the chemical composition and mechanical properties of riveted screw steel.
(2) The cold heading machine has good surface quality and very high dimensional accuracy during production. It has good cold hardening during the upsetting process, so it can maintain a good deformation amount and not cause too much deformation, thereby reducing the cracking of the workpiece.

(2) The oil smoke and "drift fog" can be reduced to a low limit to meet the strict requirements of nuts containing reinforced molds.
