Performance requirements for each component of multi-station cold heading machine

Multi-stationCold heading machineThe cold heading method is used to transfer the optical disc element or rod material through the roller transmission, feeding, cutting, pressing ball, pressing angle, punching, and completing several processes in one machine. The cold heading station is arranged horizontally, with the characteristics of accurate positioning, stable operation, and convenient maintenance.

Performance requirements for each component of multi-station cold heading machine

(1) The connection between the crankshaft and the body and the impact link are connected by high wear-resistant alloy copper tile, with a large load-bearing capacity, long service life and low maintenance cost.

(2) The body is made of ductile iron with alloy added, with high tensile strength and good wear resistance.

(3) A 2-stage gear transmission system is adopted, with high transmission efficiency and large transmission torque.

(4) Equipped with pneumatic clutch brakes to reduce motor power and energy consumption.

(5) The material cutting system uses a guide plate to drive the cutting rod, the guide plate reciprocates, and the cutting force is transmitted in a straight line, with large and stable forces and good dynamic balance.

(6) The clamp system can be flipped or translated, which is conducive to the molding process arrangement.

(7) Equipped with a frequency converter speed regulation device, which can adjust the speed without limit within a certain range.

(8) Equipped with a fault detector and safety protection device, and automatically shut down when the equipment fails, giving the equipment and tool mold maximum protection.

(9) Install a thrust-resisting device in the feeding box to improve the feeding accuracy.

(10) The lubricating system oil circuit design is simple and efficient, and can effectively protect the punch rod and workpiece on the basis of ensuring circulation and filtration.
