3. After the equipment is adjusted, first turn the flywheel to check whether the working of each mechanism is normal. Only after removing the wrench rod for the puller can the motor be started. It is strictly forbidden to start the motor while pulling the truck.

4. All faults should be eliminated before driving, and a short time-lapse rotation can be performed before trial upsetting can be carried out.

5. When the equipment is running, the operator should stand in a safe position. It is strictly forbidden to pick up workpieces at the bumps. Only the product can be viewed at the lower end.

6. When replacing the product, you must carefully adjust the mold and punch, and carefully check whether each component is normal.

7. During the production process, if a failure occurs, the car must be stopped immediately, the cause must be found, and the hidden dangers must be eliminated. When the brake fails, driving is strictly prohibited.

8. The fuse plate (bumper) must be equipped with protective devices to avoid rupture and accidents. All protective devices must not be disassembled or lost at will.
