Daily maintenance content of tooth roller:

1. It is not allowed to tap or straighten the workpiece on the chucks or bed guides, and tools or workpieces are not allowed to be placed on the bed surface.

2. Before starting, check whether the workpieces on the machine tool are clamped. Place the handles of each gear changer in the low speed gear to prevent the lathe from being damaged due to sudden impact during driving. After starting. The spindle should be idle at a low speed of 1-2mm, so that the lubricating oil should be evenly distributed to all places (more important in winter), and can only work after the lathe is running normally.

3. When turning cast iron and chip-like workpieces, the lubricating oil on the guide rail should be wiped off to avoid damaging the guide rail surface.

4. When the spindle needs to change speed during the operation of the tooth roller, the machine must be stopped first. The position of the feed box handle must be changed at low speed.

5. When using cutting fluid, lubricating oil must be applied to the lathe guide rail. The cutting fluid in the cutting fluid pump should be replaced regularly.

6. In order to maintain the accuracy of the lead screw, the automatic tooth rolling machine shall not use a lead screw for automatic cutting except for the threads.

7. When fully automatic tooth roller clamps heavier workpieces, wooden boards should be used to protect the bed surface. If the workpiece is not removed when you get off work, jacks should be used to support it.

8. After get off work, the chips and cutting fluid on the lathe and around the lathe should be removed. After cleaning, lubricating oil should be added to the surface of the guide rail according to regulations. The tail seat sleeve and lead screw should be used to lubricate the nut once every shift. Since the long screw and light rod are rotated high and the lubrication conditions are poor, you must pay attention to fueling each shift. Finally, shake the bed saddle to the rear end of the car and turn off the power.

9. After the turning tool is worn, sharpen it in time. Continuing cutting with a blunt knife will increase the lathe load and even damage the machine tool.

Maintenance regulations for fully automatic tooth roller:

1. Pay close attention to the lubrication of all parts of the equipment, and refuel during shifts according to the lubrication instructions and charts to ensure that all parts of the equipment are well lubricated.

2. During work, you must not disassemble the safety protection device and open the door covers of the distribution box, oil pool, and gearbox for work without authorization.

3. All operating devices, sliders, hammer heads, knife holders, etc. should be placed in non-working positions according to the instructions; turn off the electrical source.

Tooth Roller(Broken) Fault handling:

1. The reason why the tooth roller cannot roll out the wire or messy wire:


①The rotation direction of the rolling head is incorrect; the specifications of the rolling head are inconsistent with the steel bars


②The order of positioning sleeves is incorrect; is the order of rolling heads installed correctly?


③The roller and positioning sleeve are damaged.


2. Reasons for the tooth roller not starting:


① If the power is empty, the reverse direction will always stop at the close; the power supply is missing.


② The heat protector plays a protective role and the insurance is burned out.


③The wiring is off and the transformer is burned out.


④Control whether the line contacts are damaged or poorly contacted.


⑤ Check whether the stop start button is disconnected and loose; whether the contacts of the button are good.


⑥ Check whether the limit contacts in front of the equipment are good, whether the contacts, lines and insurance are damaged (the insurance for the transformer entering and exiting).

3. The feeding of the movable wheel rod is slow.

The slow feeding speed of the movable wheel rod may be caused by damage to the rubber ring sealed by the cylinder, or it may be caused by leakage in the pipeline. Replacing the rubber ring or repairing the pipeline can solve the problem.

4. The parts are not familiar with the processing during rolling.

When rolling the machine, the processing parts may not be rolled well by the tooth rod speed or the feeding speed is too fast. Another possibility is that the rolling pressure is too large. According to the corresponding situation, the high-speed wheel rod speed is slowed down and the rolling pressure is reduced.

5. The pressure gauge pointer vibrates.

There are many reasons for the vibration of the pressure gauge pointer of the tooth roller machine. The most common one is that the oil-absorbing filter element is blocked, so just remove it and clean it before installing it.

6. The solenoid valve does not operate.

There are many reasons why the solenoid valve of the tooth roller does not operate, which may be the burning of the electrical rectifier block, the transformer, or the fuse tube is burned, and another possibility is that the valve is stuck, causing the solenoid valve to not work. The solution is to replace the corresponding components. If the valve is stuck, please clean the valve.


Tooth RollerDebugging method:

The tooth rolling machine is divided into: hydraulic, rolling type, cam type and other models, and it is divided into two-axis and 3-axis machines. When processing threads, the rolling die is installed on the rotating shafts of the 2-axis and the 3-axis machines, and the extrusion thread is formed, and different threads are rolled to replace the rolling dies of different specifications. It can process 3-angle threads, ladder-shaped patterns, straight patterns, mesh patterns, twill patterns, etc.

Debugging of 2-axis machine: 2 wheels need to be synchronously adjusted to configure the corresponding center plates with different specifications and outer diameters between 2 wheels. When processing threads, the workpiece is placed on the center plate, and the center height of the workpiece is consistent with the center height of the rolling die.

3-axis machine debugging: 3 roller dies adjust isosceles 3 angles, adjust the gap according to the size of the tube, adjust the teeth distance, and install one end of the bytes outside when installing the roller die. Install it clockwise by A, B, and C. Take a circular tube and insert it between the 3 wheels, turn half a circle, take out the circular tube to check whether the pressure lines of the 3 wheels are connected to each other. If there is a gap, which wheel adjusts which wheel should be adjusted. 2 wheels and the other wheels are not debugged. The teeth adjustment needs to be squeezed multiple times according to the diameter of the pipe to adjust it to an ideal depth. Remember to test the pressure once, which wheel will be adjusted, which wheel will be damaged.
