When the wire rubbing machine of the non-standard tooth rubbing machine works for a long time, the friction surface between the sliding guide rail and the body guide rail will wear and tear. At this time, the upper and lower wire rubbing boards will have uneven surfaces, causing the rubbed thread to produce inclined lines (that is, the screws or bolts cannot be screwed into the nut), and waste threads such as self-tapping screws will be produced. At this time, a grinding or scraper is needed to restore the bottom surface and the fixed mold groove to the same plane.
For the time being, you can appropriately place some thin pads or iron sheets on the moving wire rubbing board to make the two wire rubbing boards on the same plane, but this will make the adjustment complicated and will make the product quality unstable. For this reason, when the wear is severe, the best way is to perform a grinding or scraper.
