1. The material rack and material trough should be straight, aligned with the center line of the guide cylinder, straightening cylinder and the lower cutting tool hole.
2. 3. Select the appropriate straightening block and transmission speed according to the diameter of the straightening steel bar. Only after the commissioning is qualified can the material be fed.
4. No feeding of materials is allowed before the straightening block is fixed and the protective cover is covered. It is prohibited to open each part of the protective cover and adjust the gap during operation.
5. After the steel bar is fed in, it is necessary to keep a certain distance between the hand and the pulling wheel and do not be close.
6. Before feeding, the unstandard material head should be cut off. A 1m-long steel pipe should be installed in front of the guide barrel. If the steel bars need to pass through the steel pipe first and then fed into the guide hole at the straightening front end.

7. After operation, the straightening block of the straightening cylinder should be loosened and returned to its original position. It is necessary to return to the position of the pre-pressing spring together.
8. Those who use electric motors and hydraulics as power and winches as auxiliary machines shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
9. It is necessary that the mechanical equipment be solid and stable and maintain a horizontal position. Fixed machinery should have a reliable foundation, and the walking wheel should be tightly wedged when operating the mobile machinery.
10. Outdoor operations should be equipped with a shed, and there should be a site for stacking materials and semi-products next to the machine.
11. When processing longer steel bars, there should be a dedicated person to help and follow the instructions of the operator and not push and pull arbitrarily.
12. After operation, the products should be stacked, the site should be cleaned, the power supply should be blocked, and the power switch box should be locked.
